Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide flexibility and convenience for our clients while maintaining fairness and efficiency in our scheduling system. Please review the following guidelines regarding cancellations, rescheduling, booking timelines, and payment policies. Clients are welcome to cancel their bookings online up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time. Any cancellations made within this time frame will be processed without penalty. However, cancellations made less than 1 hour before the start of the appointment, class, or course will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling. We encourage clients to manage their schedules proactively to avoid any last-minute inconveniences. Rescheduling is also available online, with the option to adjust your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Changes cannot be made within the 24-hour window, so please plan accordingly to ensure you can make the most of your sessions. To maintain an organized booking system, appointments, classes, and courses may be scheduled as early as 2 weeks in advance and no later than 24 hours before the start time. This allows adequate time for preparation while ensuring availability for all clients. A valid card on file is required for all online bookings to secure your spot, with the exception of free sessions or those paid through a plan or offline. This ensures that necessary charges are processed appropriately and helps us uphold accountability for scheduled sessions.
