Cancellation Policy
This Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") is made on February 20, 2024, by Life Journey Financial ("Company"), located in Odenton, Maryland, and the undersigned participant ("Participant"). Recitals: The Company offers the Financial Greatness Academy, including proprietary content and materials like "Let's Talk About a Personal Budget" and the workbook "We Talked About a Personal Budget, Now Let's Take Action." The Participant will access this confidential and proprietary information ("Confidential Information") for beta testing and feedback purposes. Agreement: Confidential Information: Includes all proprietary materials, course content, methodologies, participant materials, and feedback from beta testing. Non-disclosure: The Participant agrees not to disclose any Confidential Information to third parties without the Company's prior written consent. Use of Information: The Participant shall use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of beta testing and providing feedback on the Financial Greatness Academy. Protection: The Participant commits to protecting the Confidential Information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or use. Return of Materials: Upon the Company's request or the end of the testing period, the Participant shall return or destroy all materials containing Confidential Information. Duration: The confidentiality obligations shall remain in effect indefinitely, beyond the end of the Participant's involvement in the beta testing. Remedies: In case of breach, the Company is entitled to seek injunctive relief and other remedies as permitted by law. Entire Agreement: This document represents the full agreement between the Company and the Participant regarding confidentiality. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Maryland, U.S.A. Acknowledgment: By signing, the Participant acknowledges understanding and agreement to the terms.
