General Admission
The General Admission Ticket includes entry to the 7:30 PM Gala event and full access to the evening program and formal dinner service. Guests will experience an inspiring night of celebration, scholarship recognition, and community impact. A charitable contribution acknowledgment letter will be provided, with up to $25 eligible as a tax-deductible donation in accordance with IRS guidelines. This does not give you access to the RED CARPET hour.

Donate
The Donation Ticket allows you to contribute any amount in support of our scholarship fund. Please note that this option does not include admission to the gala event. It simply provides an opportunity to give toward the Rickey Field Legacy Foundation’s mission and support deserving high school students. All donors will receive a charitable contribution acknowledgment letter for tax purposes, and donations may be tax-deductible in accordance with IRS guidelines.
$10 person Table
The VIP Table for 10 is a $1,000 donation, which includes 10 seats at $75 per guest and a $250 direct contribution to the scholarship fund. VIP guests receive premier seating during the gala, access to the hors d’oeuvre and cocktail hour, exclusive entry to the red carpet hour with interviews and media promotion, and full dinner service during the event. The table host will receive a charitable contribution acknowledgment letter for tax purposes.

Gala Vendor
The Vendor Ticket is a $100 investment that includes one vending booth space and access to the VIP Red Carpet Hour prior to the gala. Vendors will have their display table set up for the duration of the event to showcase products, services, or brand materials. A separate seated ticket is not required, as vendors will remain at their designated tables. Dinner is included, and participating vendors will be featured in the foundation’s marketing campaign throughout the year.
